Shipping Terms & Policy
You have the option of ground, two day, three day, and next day delivery. Total shipping charges are calculated by weight or a flat rate ship charge. The shipping cost is quoted along with delivery options on the "Shopping Cart" page before final checkout. See our full Shipping Terms & Policy below.
Due to the fact that we use "fixed rate" shipping instead of shipping by weight, we reserve the right to increase shipping costs on items such as: chassis, monitors, printers, servers, server racks, battery backups, power supplies, and any other items that have a significantly high ship cost. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us BEFORE purchasing and we will give you an actual rate quote. We will contact you if you have purchased the item and an adjustments needs to be made. We are also able to ship on your UPS, Fedex, or DHL account.
For customers within the Continental USA
Most credit approved and in stock orders placed before 1PM PST will ship the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 1PM PST will ship the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). For fast delivery, Network Wholesale always ships from the warehouse (with the requested item in stock) closest to you. This usually enables your order to arrive via ground in 1-3 business days. If your order is shipped across the country, ground service can take up to 7 business days. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver toAPO, FPO, PSC orPO Boxes.
If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address, then you must register the address with your card bank. Failure to do so could result in order delay or cancellation. This is to protect the cardholder.Most credit approved orders placed before 1PM PST will ship out the same day! Be sure to follow directions regarding billing information so that your order is not delayed.Network Wholesale reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers (UPS, FedEx)You may check the status and track your order from the "Account Info" menu.Some packages will require a signature according to the driver's discretionIf part of your order has shipped, then there is no refund on the shipping cost for the order.Shipments to AK, HI (Alaska andHawaii) will be sent via air service and charged the 2Day service rate.

For customers outside the Continental USA
At this time, Network Wholesale does not accept international orders. We define it as an international order when the order is to ship to an address outside the 50 United States, the credit card used to pay for the order has a billing address outside the 50 United States, or the credit card was not issued in the United States, regardless of the shipping destination. We can place orders for our international customers to ship to a FREIGHT FORWARDER OF YOUR CHOICE within theUSA. Please note that Network Wholesale will not be liable for any damage, loss, customs paperwork or tax, duties, or fees incurred by the transport of the product to any international destination.
